Our Workshops

Workshops

Gaining knowledge along with regular re-assessment and improvement in how we choose to eat, move and think are the keys to taking personal responsibility for and improving our health.

Drawing on an amazing and ever growing body of knowledge from Dr. James Chestnut B.Ed., MSc., D.C., C.C.W.P. in particular, Bruce Lipton Ph.D., David Suzuki, Dr. Joe Dispenza D.C., Jill Bolte Taylor Ph.D., Dr. Masaru Emoto (to name just a few), the workshops are designed as a structured 4 part series.
We strongly recommend that our patients (and their friends) attend to gain information that will help them get the most out of their chiropractic care, and most importantly, restore their health.

Living In Harmony

This workshop sets up the other 3. It is imperative for anyone who wants to move towards true health. Understanding the body’s stress response as it tries to adapt to the environment in which we live is an important step towards making the right choices every day in our personal journey towards health. In order to be truly healthy, our body must be functioning optimally, free from the stressors that produce toxicity and deficiency, whilst receiving the required nutrients in sufficient and pure amounts. This goes for what we eat and breathe, the way we move and rest, and the way we think and handle the pressures of day to day life.

Eating In Harmony

Humans have become the world’s sickest animal species. We are the only species on earth that has created an unnatural living environment for ourselves. We live, eat and drink in ways that are completely incongruent for the requirements of our cells and our genes. We must provide our cells with sufficient and pure amount of the natural resources they require for proper function, and avoid the things that make them toxic and deficient. This workshop will deliver the simple truth about what our bodies require for nutritional and chemical health.

Moving In Harmony

Exercise, movement, correct posture, optimal spinal function and sufficient
rest are essential nutrients required for health. Our genes and cells require these things in order to produce healthy physiology and biochemistry. Without them we are literally deficient and sick – they are neither optional nor therapeutic!
This workshop explores the importance of movement in our daily lives, and gives you practical action steps that you can add straight away.

Thinking In Harmony

Thinking in harmony is not about reducing stress; it is about creating the homeostatic state of relaxation for healing and growth at all levels of mind, body and spirit. Creating health results from creating healthy values, beliefs, and emotions that result in healthy lifestyle choices. This workshop aims to give you the tools essential for making long lasting positive improvements in your life.
